Through a grant to the Auburn Aviation Association, we funded the Redbird simulator “round dial” upgrade—now installed and ready to use. It promotes safety by mirroring the cockpits students fly today and cuts costs by allowing to more practice to the sim, saving on rental costs. A limited number of hours can be used for training in an IFR Rating.
